Bake potatoes, cool. Peel and slice in rounds about 1 1/2 inch thick and place in a greased shallow baking dish. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, combine other ingredients and cook, stirring until thickened. Pour over potatoes. Press pecan halves into each round of potatoes before pouring the glaze over them. Bake 30 minutes or until hot through and bubbly. Got this one from a cook book called "A PINCH OF THIS & A DASH OF THAT". I love to go to old book stores, I do this alot with my friend "Diane". She knows where all the good ones are. Most of the time they have shelves and shelves of old cook books.
